Violet Milo EP release Party!

For those of you who may not know, my debut EP No Cause is dropping May 3rd at the Yardbird Suite, Edmonton AB. Tcikets are $11.75 online here : or available for $12.00 at the door. This also marks my very first live show with a full band! I’ll have 8 members onstage including a string trio to highlight some of the orchestral production you hear on the album. I am wickedly excited about this. It should not be missed.

Edmonton artists Eva Foote and Madi Allen will also take to the stage rounding out a night of incredible female talent.

Come and celebrate. Doors at 7 pm.

Introducing Andrew Smetaniuk (and his musical prowess)

I’ve been getting a lot of incredible comments about the orchestral production in my music. It’ definitely an element I always dreamt of playing with to give it that massive, cinematic, feel. I want to take a moment to recognize the talent of Andrew Smetaniuk, one of the producers on the EP. He worked tirelessly for weeks on my tracks and nailed the feel and tone I was going for. He is also a videographer, editor and the music director at Edmonton based multi media company, Randompath Productions. If you’d like to hear more of Andrew’s work you can find a couple of his pieces here:
